Production

Every Curata print is made to order. We print, frame, and quality-check each piece before it ships. Production typically takes 2 business days.

Shipping options

Standard — Tracked delivery, typically 5–8 business days after your order ships. Free across the United States.

Priority — Priority courier service, typically 1–2 business days after dispatch, with tracking.

Next-Day — Arrives the next business day after your order ships.

Packaging

Every print ships in a corner-protected, double-walled box sized to the frame. The glazing is faced with a removable protective film.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Damage in transit

It rarely happens, but if it does, we'll replace the piece free. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the box and the damage within 7 days and we'll handle the rest.
