We stand behind every print we ship.

Every Curata print is made to order, so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. But if something is wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

What we cover

Every Curata print is made to order, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. But we'll refund or replace at no cost to you if:

• Your order arrives damaged or anything is missing from the package. • What arrives doesn't match what was shown on the product page. • The print has a quality issue we should have caught — visible artifacts, color that's clearly off, smudges, anything that doesn't read like a finished print.

How to reach us

Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the box, if it was damaged in transit). We'll review, then either refund the order or send a free replacement — whichever you'd prefer.

If you change your mind before it ships

Email us and we'll try to cancel it and refund you. Once production has started we usually can't pull it back, but we'll try.
